          A TV news anchor baffles Kuzak (Harry Hamlin) by rejecting a generous settlement.  Sifuentes (Jimmy Smits) bets Kuzak his leather office chair the he, Victor, can win a dog bite case.  Abby (Michele Greene) meets another lawyer in the building, Peter Brosin (Vincent Irizarry), who tries to persuade her to go on with her life.  Becker turns to Roxanne again for comfort over Hilary Mishkin.  Brackman (Alan Rachins) comes to terms with his tenants and their lawyer.

          Vincent's part was not too long.  He looked younger with his shorter hair.
